St. Petersburg Watch Buyer · Comes to You
Sell your Rolex in St. Petersburg, from your own table.
Send the reference and a few photos and a number comes back the same day. A Keeper & Co. buyer crosses the bridge into St. Pete, meets you at your home or office, authenticates the watch in front of you, and pays by wire or check before leaving. No store, no counter, no drive downtown.
How It Works
Most sales run start to finish inside a week. Here is the whole pipeline.
Tell us the watch
Brand, reference number, year, box and papers, honest photos. You get a number range within 24 hours, before anyone drives out to you.
Your buyer drives to St. Pete
The buyer takes the Howard Frankland or the Gandy across the bay, twenty-odd minutes from the Tampa side, and meets you at your own table. Just you and your buyer, in the room you choose.
Authentication, in front of you
Caseback opened, movement matched against the reference, rate checked on a portable timegrapher, serials verified against the card. You watch the whole thing.
Payment before your buyer leaves
Wire or check, your choice, the same visit. No consignment wait unless you want consignment terms.
What We Buy
We buy Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Omega, Cartier and Tudor, with or without box and papers. Each brand page walks through the references we look for and what moves the number. If you are not sure which page fits your watch, send the details and we will point you to the right one.
We Come to St. Petersburg
The base is on the Tampa side, so a St. Pete appointment starts with a bridge. The buyer usually takes the Howard Frankland, sometimes the Gandy when the traffic points that way, and is at a door in the Old Northeast or off Beach Drive in about twenty to twenty-five minutes. Snell Isle, Coquina Key, out to Tierra Verde and St. Pete Beach — the drive is short enough that a same-week meeting is the norm, not a favor.
Where you sit is up to you. Some sellers want the kitchen table in a bungalow off Historic Kenwood; others take a conference room in one of the downtown towers near the arts district and the Dalí, or a quiet corner after a walk on the Pier. The buyer reserves the hour, brings a loupe, timegrapher and the payment paperwork, and works at whatever surface you set out. Nothing about the watch leaves your sight, and the money moves before the buyer does.
Discretion is the point of coming to you. A watch worth serious money does not need to ride across the bay in your glovebox or sit in a case under fluorescent light while strangers file past. It stays on your table, in your home, until you have decided and been paid. Everything the buyer carries is insured on the way in and on the way out.
St. Petersburg
The bridge is our problem, not yours.
Dealer, Not a Pawn Counter
Why a dealer pays more than a pawn shop.
We retail what we buy. The watch you sell us goes into the collection and onto the next wrist, so the offer is built on what it actually sells for. A pawn counter prices for a stranger it does not expect to see again. A lender prices around a loan default, what the piece would recover at auction if you never came back for it. The margin math is different in each case, and in St. Pete it favors you at a dealer's bench.
The other difference is where the deal happens. No counter, no line behind you, no offer that drops once you have driven downtown. The number we send is the number you sign for, at your own table.
Same Day, Paid on the Spot
Questions
Where can I sell a Rolex in St. Petersburg?
Keeper & Co. is a watch-only buyer that drives across the bay to you. Send the reference and a few photos, get a same-day number, and a buyer meets you at your home or office in St. Petersburg. Authentication happens at your own table and payment goes out before the buyer leaves.
Do you come to Old Northeast, Snell Isle and Beach Drive?
Yes. We meet sellers throughout St. Petersburg, including the Old Northeast, Snell Isle, downtown and Beach Drive, Historic Kenwood, Coquina Key and out to Tierra Verde and St. Pete Beach. You pick the room; the buyer comes to it.
How fast do I get paid?
The same visit. Once you accept the number and the watch authenticates at your table, payment goes out by wire or check before the buyer leaves St. Petersburg. No consignment wait unless you choose consignment terms.
Will you buy a watch without box and papers?
Yes. A full set moves the number in your favor, but the watch itself carries most of the value. Tell us what you have and we price it accordingly.
Is a dealer better than a pawn shop for selling a watch?
A dealer retails what it buys, so the offer is built on the resale price. A pawn counter prices for a stranger it may never see again and a lender prices around a default. On a Rolex, Patek or AP that gap is usually real money, and it favors the dealer's bench.
St. Petersburg has a jeweler downtown. Why use a come-to-you buyer?
A full-line jeweler carries diamonds, gold and gifts, and watches are one case among many. We buy watches and nothing else, so the number is set by someone who trades these references every week. And there is no showroom to drive to; you sell at your own table and the offer we send is the one you sign for.
